ABOUT US
Michael Whitsitt

BIO
Michael Whitsitt is devoted to the ins and outs of litigation.  Over the past 13 years he has developed his practice by dealing with complex litigation.  He represents clients in all different types of cases.  He believes successful representation is centered around your attorney being able to fully advocate for you in court, to be able to foresee the outcome of possible litigation, and to help you make the best choices to protect your interest.

During his formative years Michael was Vice President of the Student Body at Charleston Southern University where he also served as part of the South Carolina Student Legislature.

During his time in law school he was able to distinguish himself by working abroad in the United Kingdom with a well known criminal advocacy firm, where his work was well received. Michael learned a lot from his time in England, particularly from his mentor Julian Young who taught him the importance of zealous advocacy and public work.

Michael grew up in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, where he attended Wando High School.  He now hopes to provide legal representation for those who need it most in the Lowcountry and to attract the eye of those seeking out his talent.

At present, Michael works with several other law firms  and solo practitioners to provide litigation savvy in return for expertise in almost every area of law.  As a result, Michael has a compendium of attorneys at his side to assist with every one of your needs.
