We have notable case results in many different areas:

South Carolina Lawyers Weekly: Lawyer was able to assist Attorney in another firm with Client who was a contractor hired to construct a Street-scape Project. Included in the Project was the widening of an existing road. Poor soil was discovered in the roadbed. The Town refused to pay Contractor for the additional costs. The Town forced Contractor to complete the Project at Contractor's expense. Jury verdict against the Town for $100,000.00 reduced to $90,000.00.

Domestic Cases: Client was wife of a service man, and needed to negotiate full custody of her child with her ex-husband. In the process, we were able to successfully negotiate a custody and visitation schedule, while tripling ex-husbands support obligation.

Client had a child with her ex who refused to pay the agreed amount of child support. We were able to get her the child support that was due her under the South Carolina guidelines via payment through the court.

Client was wife looking to enforce her divorce order. She had a previous attorney that she felt did not represent her very well. Ex-husband was able to continuosly dodge his obligations. We made sure the client was able to receive $100,000.00 in compensation.

Debt Resolution: Client was ex-CEO/owner of a company which borrowed money without him knowing (in his name). We were able to drastically reduce his obligation and settle at half of client’s approved amount for settling.

Payment of Wages: Clients were former employees of a non-profit. The non-profit funds were mishandled by the board of trustees. The result was that clients went unpaid for months of their work. We were able to get them all the money they deserved.

DUI: Client was pulled shortly after leaving a bar and was found with old containers. After submitting to a battery of tests, was arrested for DUI. After reviewing the evidence, we were able to get the charges dropped.

DUI: Client was pulled after leaving a bar and having an accident with a cyclist. After reviewing the evidence, we were able to get the charges dropped.

Personal Injury: Client was injured when he was rear-ended. Client was able to receive as compensation the limits of insurance policy in excess of $100,000.00.

Malpractice & Business: Client was business owner who was wrongfully advised on how to part ways with her business partner. As a result she was sued for conspiracy, where the other business partner claimed that client had tried to ruin his business. We were able to try the case and overcome the conspiracy claim. We then filed successful suit against the attorney who had to pay for the client's damages and attorney's fees.

Foreclosure: Client was unable to make the payment on her mortgage. We were able to hold of the foreclosure, and work with SC Help to save client's home.
